Please do spare a thought on lack of education and malnutrition among children in India. Ever wondered on how both these can be fulfilled by simple compromise on few habits in our day to day lives. The Akshaya Patra Foundation has been working for this cause, enhancing the levels of education and improving nutrition for children, by providing mid day meal at schools across India. All it needs to feed a child at school with mid day meal for 1 whole year is just INR 1100. Just by simple compromise on few habits in our day to day lives, you too can support this cause.
